Misty

Misty Dewit is at the center of the Birth Tides Clinic working as our Practice Coordinator. She provides organizational assistance to the midwives over the course of their busy day, as well as to the families who visit our clinic. Her cheerful smile, cups of tea, and amazing computer skills keep us running smoothly. Misty is a trained Breastfeeding counselor and DONA Certified Doula. She is also a mother to two beautiful young children both brought into this world by the loving and professional guidance of the Birth Tides midwives. Having been born and raised in the beautiful Comox Valley, she is delighted to be able to help other women on their journey to motherhood in her home community. In her spare time Misty enjoys time with her children at the beach, gardening, and camping.
